My name is Cliff Rawson and I live in rural Kent County in Southwest lower Michigan.  I have been interested in photography and video most of my life. I have no training but I follow some of the top photographers and read a lot of technical manuals. I believe quite heavily in what the camera sees as opposed to working with software to enhance them.

This is a beautiful state; it is surrounded by four of the five great lakes, Lake Michigan, Lake Huron, Lake Erie, and Lake Superior which gives me ample Lakeshore to work with.

Since Michigan is considered a tourist state a lot of my work centers around what this state has to offer in its landmarks and tourist attractions.

As the seasons change so does my focus; spring, summer, fall, and winter all have their unique beauty and no year is the same.

I love to work in Landscapes, Landmarks, Macro/Closeups, and travel videos. I am also for hire photographing Festivals, Fairs, and craft shows.

My work is sold Worldwide through Fine Art America. My products are sold as Fine art, home products and advertising.

I also do freelance work for festivals, fairs and other outdoor activities.
